Directions:
Wash hands and pull out the string of the Yoni Pearl before inserting 
Insert 1 pearl for 24 hours. Let the string hang outside vulva after insertion.
Remove yoni pearl no longer than 24 hours after insertion by pulling on the string. 
Insert the 2nd pearl and repeat.
Insert the third pearl and repeat. 
Wear a pantyliner while using the Yoni Pearl and allow toxins to be discharged for the next 24 to 72 hours.
